At Myla Jane, we know you’re excited to receive your order — and we’re just as excited to send it! We ship all parcels via Australia Post, aiming to have your goodies on their way within 24 business hours (outside of launches and sales periods).

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.
You can track your package using your tracking number here: Track Your Parcel
For international shipments, we recommend tracking your order directly through your local postal service's website.
Once dispatched, parcels are under the responsibility of Australia Post and the relevant local courier.

Note for our USA customers: A small portion of duties is calculated at checkout. Once this is paid, we cover the rest — so there are no additional charges after your order is placed.

Important:By placing an international order, you acknowledge that customs duties, taxes and import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
International orders may also be subject to customs processing and carrier delays outside of our control. While we will always do our best to assist where possible, Myla Jane is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, import processing or postal carriers once an order has been dispatched.
If customs duties or taxes are refused or left unpaid and the parcel is returned to us, the order will not be eligible for a refund of shipping costs and may incur a return processing fee.
Pre-Orders
Please note: If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order will be shipped together once all items are available. If you need your in-stock items sooner, please place two separate orders.
Shipping Insurance
Adding shipping insurance to your order protects your parcel against loss, damage, or theft during transit.
If you encounter any issues (such as a missing or damaged parcel), please follow these steps:

Submit an online enquiry with your local postal carrier, including all relevant details and supporting documents.

Email our customer care team at hello@mylajane.com with your order number, tracking number, and your enquiry reference.

We’ll then lodge a claim with Australia Post on your behalf.

After the investigation by Australia Post and your local postal carrier concludes, we’ll inform you of the outcome.
If the investigation confirms your claim, we will arrange either a replacement order or a refund.
Important:
Please double-check your address when checking out. Myla Jane is not liable for parcels sent to incorrect addresses. If a parcel is returned to us, you will be charged additional shipping fees to resend it. Whilst we always do our best to navigate any shipping issues, we don't offer refunds on items that are returned to sender.
