Refund policy

At Myla Jane, we offer returns on all full-priced items within 14 days of your order being fulfilled for an online store credit.

Australian Returns:

  • Please click here to start your return

  • Returned items must be:

    • Unworn

    • Unwashed

    • Unused and with original tags still attached

  • Items that don't meet these conditions may be rejected. If this happens, we’ll contact you to arrange the return of your item.

Please note: Due to the fast-moving nature of our stock, we’re unable to offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, simply submit a return through our easy online portal and repurchase the correct size using the store credit we issue.

Please note that items purchased on sale or at a reduced price are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Processing Times:
Please allow 1-2 business days for your return to be processed once received.


International Returns:

  • Please email us at hello@mylajane.com with your name, order number, and details of the item(s) you’re returning.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Your store credit will be issued once we have received your return.

  • We highly recommend using a tracked postal service. Myla Jane is not responsible for any lost returns, and returns can only be processed once received at our warehouse.


Received a Faulty Item?
We’re sorry this has happened! We’re happy to help. Please email your name, order number, and photos of the fault to hello@mylajane.com.

Important to note:

  • If your item shows up and has some a minor fault, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving. All other faulty claims must be made within 30 days of receiving your item. You can lodge your faulty claim via our returns portal here
  • This policy excludes faults from general wear and tear or incorrect garment care.

  • Under Australian Consumer Law, if a minor fault is found, we may offer a free repair, store credit, or replacement. For major faults, you can choose between a store credit, replacement, or refund.

Jewellery Care & Returns

Each Myla Jane piece is thoughtfully designed and crafted with care, using 18k gold-plated metal and hand-set cubic zirconia stones. Slight variations make every piece uniquely yours.

Caring for your piece

To keep your jewellery shining beautifully:

  • Avoid water, lotions, perfumes and sprays

  • Remove before swimming, showering and sleeping

  • Store in the soft pouch provided

  • Wipe gently with a soft cloth when needed

Our pieces are delicate by nature, exposure to moisture or impact may cause fading or loosen stones over time. This is considered normal wear, not a fault.

Returns & Warranty

We offer a 14-day warranty from delivery for manufacturing faults. Returns are only accepted for items that arrive faulty or damaged.

Please note:

  • General wear, tarnish or loose stones are not covered

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 24 hours of receiving with your order number and clear photos.

Repairs

After the warranty period, we may offer a repair or replacement at cost, depending on the issue.


Free Gifts

Free gifts can’t be returned or exchanged.
If you return an order that included a gift, it must also be returned, or its value will be deducted from your refund.


Pre-Order Disclaimer

By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Pre-orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed, as these items are made-to-order or reserved specifically for you.

  • We always aim to overestimate timelines to avoid disappointment, but pre-order arrival dates are estimates and may be subject to unexpected delays — including customs, shipping, and production hold-ups — which are out of our control.

  • We will keep you informed with any major updates and will ship your order as soon as stock arrives.
