Shipping

Myla Jane ships worldwide. We aim to have your order shipped within 1-2 business days so you can get it as quickly as possible. Please note in busier periods such as sales or new collection launches, orders can take 3-5 business days.

Shipping will be sent via Australia Post and tracking will be shared as soon as your order has been shipped via email.

Shipping Timelines

Domestic:

Standard - 3-5 Business Days

Express - 1-3 Business Days

New Zealand:

Standard - 5-10 Business Days

Express - 3-7 Business Days

International:

Standard - 7-20 Business Days

Order Processing

Please allow 1-2 working days (3-5 working days during sale/new collection launches) for your order to be processed. As soon as your order has been sent, you will be emailed a tracking number.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure the postal address is correct and if the parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect address provided, you will be charged the standard postage rate to have this resent.
